We are looking for a B2B marketing professional (Parental leave replacement) to help drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation, and act as a business partner in Lithuania.
What will you do?
- Add value to the country business by leveraging sales and marketing automation tools to take a deep interest in understanding our customer needs and behavior and to optimize the impact of marketing programs.
- Deploy social media, website content, digital campaigns, events, and other activities, and work closely with the Baltic marketing team.
- Select and execute the suitable tactics for each business unit according to business needs.
- Translate technical jargon into engaging, benefit-driven copywriting.

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Experience - at least 3-5 years of working experience in marketing/sales/creative copywriting is required.
- Bachelors 'degree preferably in communication, marketing, business administration, engineering or relevant).
- Fluent Lithuanian and Business English .
- You are results driven with a continual improvement mindset.
- You have analytical and e xcellent written and verbal communication skills .
- You are a great and proactive team player who can collaborate and influence .
