The Role:
As the Project Management Officer (PMO) for Regulated Industries, you will be pivotal in advancing our agenda and fostering a culture of performance, agility, accountability, alignment, and collaboration. You will be a trusted, experienced, and innovative partner to Regulated Industries leadership, the broader operations team, and the Solution Engineer organization. In this role, you will drive priorities, ensure clear communication, facilitate cross-functional partnerships, and lead change initiatives, all while quantifying your impact. Your ability to listen, synthesize information, align stakeholders, and inspire action will be critical to delivering both immediate results and long-term value in our dynamic environment.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate closely with SE leaders and the Sales Strategy team, conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment, operating with urgency, and delivering detailed Regulated Industries presentations.
  • Align Regulated Industries leaders with company strategic priorities, facilitating discussions to achieve consensus within the team and across the organization.
  • Support the Sales Strategy organization on complex, cross-functional initiatives requiring significant strategy and analysis.
  • Efficiently prioritize and streamline initiatives with exceptional organization.
  • Partner with Employee Success, Customer Engagement, Strategy & Operations, Communications, PR, Distribution, and Finance.
  • Incorporate customer experience insights from input and research to independently drive initiatives.
  • Develop and implement workforce management planning programs to transform processes and behaviors, inspiring team leaders to adopt innovative work methods.
  • Partner with Employee Success and Communications to enhance connection, culture, and engagement within the product organization.
  • Collaborate with Customer Engagement and Communications Leads to oversee Regulated Industries leadership's external engagements (including supporting content) with Customers, Partners, Analysts, and Investors.
  • Ensure Regulated Industries Solutions strategy is supported by current and relevant content (briefs, slides, demos, and talking points).
  • Manage Regulated Industries Solutions event invitations (e.g., CKO and Dreamforce) in partnership with Employee Success.

Experience/Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of successful program management experience.
  • Experience with shared services environments.
  • Prior strategy or leadership experience in project management, operations, executive engagement, or Chief of Staff roles.
  • Proven ability to execute strategy and drive results, with a strong understanding of revenue generation and operationalization.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical data analysts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strategic and organized approach with clear and compelling communication abilities.
  • Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure, changing priorities, and time-sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept to execution.
  • Extensive experience at the executive level with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • High energy and alignment with Salesforce values.
  • A mindset of continuous learning ("beginner's mind").
  • A strong curiosity about technology, the industry, and the company's future.
  • A positive and passionate belief in Salesforce as a workplace.
  • Strong team player with the ability to keep Regulated Industries Solutions tightly aligned.
  • Proven ability to be a trusted and engaged partner to Regulated Industries leadership, Sales Strategy, and Solutions stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize and differentiate between mission-critical and non-essential tasks.
  • Action-oriented with a reputation for delivering results and a willingness to be hands-on.
  • PMP Certification a plus, but not required.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $141,300 to $194,300.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

For Massachusetts based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
