Description

Salesforce is seeking an enthusiastic Mops(Marketing Operations) & Digital Marketing Lead to help grow the Salesforce brand awareness and pipeline for the Korean Market.

As a Mops & Digital Marketing Lead, you play a key role in ensuring that Salesforce's business in Korea continues to grow sustainably while complying with both global standards and local regulations. Responsibilities include managing marketing-related data, establishing and operating processes, overseeing regulatory compliance, and analyzing and sharing data. Also, your role will be to promote the Salesforce brand and products through the development of relevant content for our events, website and social media channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations

  • Manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets and performance objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations, particularly in the management and analysis of customer and marketing data.
  • Conduct regular audits to uphold data privacy and Korean personal data protection lawcompliance.
  • Drive the implementation of global next-generation CRM and AI projects in Korea.
  • Set up and manage the marketing data operation process and governance for Korea.
  • Monitor and improve marketing data quality and related processes.
  • Lead internal training sessions to enhance the team's and agencies' understanding of marketing operations best practices.

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and lead digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and generate pipeline across various digital channels.
  • Execute and optimize digital programs across websites, email, digital ads, paid/organic search, and social media, in collaboration with channel owners.
  • Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and regularly report insights and outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets, agencies, and internal processes to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Share the roadmap of digital marketing achievements and insights through structured, recurring reporting.
  • Act as the lead for applying Customer Zero principles by gradually expanding the use of Data Cloud and Agentforce in Korea marketing.
  • Drive a data-driven culture through thorough analysis and performance measurement, constantly identifying opportunities to improve digital marketing impact.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and sales leaders to achieve business goals through innovative digital marketing approaches.

General

  • People management for digital marketing members (contingent workers).
  • Manage projects in a collaborative and extremely fast-paced environment.
  • Manage external agencies and budgets.
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams in JPKT(Japan, Korea, and Taiwan) or at Headquarters and collaborate closely to develop and successfully execute programs.
  • Understand Salesforce's DNA, brand, and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to innovation and best practice.
  • Regular communication and best practice exchange with JPKT and HQ counterparts.

Required:

  • 3+ years experience in a management role. Proven leadership skills, developing and nurturing teams, talent and skills to innovate and continuously learn and improve.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in B2B business, ideally at a consultancy or large B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to drive impact based on a deep understanding of market trends, business priorities, and our Corporate strategy on both global and local levels.
  • Able to understand and translate messages to make them appropriate for your audience. Talk and present to Sr. Leadership, Sales, Marketing.
  • Excellent presentation skills (in English as well).
  • Positive attitude and a hearty appetite for hyper growth.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, attention to detail, and good doer/team player mindset.
  • Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency and a belief in Salesforce's strategy. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
  • Think out of the box.
  • Self learner.
