Job Summary:

Own the strategy, governance, and activation of Rentokil-Terminix's multi-brand customer databases. Translate raw first-party, third-party, and behavioral data into segmented, omnichannel programs that accelerate acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Partner with analytics and creative teams to embed AI-driven insights and privacy-by-design principles into every campaign, ensuring compliance while scaling highly personalized experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Data Strategy & Governance:

  • Define data taxonomies, identity-resolution rules, and quality scorecards across SFMC, HubSpot, Snowflake, and ancillary sources.
    Enforce CCPA/GDPR/GPC compliance and manage consent architecture in coordination with Legal & Security.

Segmentation & Predictive Analytics

  • Build and operationalize AI-driven propensity, churn, and next-best-action models to power 1:1 journeys.
  • Partner with Data Science to productionize models in Snowflake and expose via Automation Studio/Query Activities.

Campaign Design & Execution:

  • Translate insights into email, SMS, push, direct-mail, and paid-media audiences; orchestrate deployment calendars and test plans.
    Monitor deliverability, frequency caps, and cross-channel fatigue rules.

Performance Measurement & Optimization:

  • Design incrementality frameworks (A/B, hold-out, MMM) and publish actionable dashboards in Datorama/Power BI.
  • Present findings to Marketing and Finance leadership; recommend budget reallocations based on ROI.

Platform & Vendor Management

  • Serve as product owner for SFMC data views, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, and Mobile Connect; liaise with IT on releases.
  • Evaluate emerging MarTech (CDP, real-time decisioning, clean rooms) and lead pilots.

Team Leadership & Enablement

  • Mentor a team of analysts and campaign managers; establish OKRs, career paths, and a culture of test-and-learn.
  • Drive adoption of SQL, Python, and marketing-automation best practices through regular workshops.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or Email Specialist; SQL/BI certification (e.g., SnowPro Core); TCPA/CCPA compliance training.
  • Ongoing professional development in AI/ML for marketing, predictive analytics, and data privacy

Experience

  • 5-10 years in database or lifecycle marketing; 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Hands-on expertise with CRM/ESP platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo), relational SQL, and cloud data warehouses.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling AI- or model-driven segmentation and personalization at enterprise scale.
  • Demonstrated ownership of privacy-compliant data governance frameworks (CCPA, GDPR, TCPA).
  • Managed omnichannel campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail, paid media) with measurable lift against control.

Incumbent must be prepared to:

  • Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.

  • Performing repetitive motions involving the wrists, hands, and fingers, such as typing, picking, and pinching, within your regular work environment.
  • Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.

Incumbent is required to have:

  • Near-range visual acuity for detailed tasks and ability to perform activities with precision such as analyzing data, viewing computer screens or reading extensively.

Incumbent will be subject to:

  • Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.

Base Pay Range $76,600 - 99,600 / year

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
