Coordinator, Store Operations - PVH Corporation

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, Store Operations supports both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein for the North America Retail organization. Daily operations include store system updates, store tasks, policy and procedures, reconciliation of invoices as well as assisting in any other identified operational projects.

Working internally with the Operations team, the coordinator will identify opportunities for maximizing operational focus across the brands. Acting as a liaison between the retail field and corporate office, the role will collaborate with various corporate departments in order to streamline processes, communicate store action items and ensure all documents are current at all times.

Store Operations:
  • Coordinate system updates for store POS, back-office equipment & mobile devices
  • Execute the following administrative functions:
    • Invoices via Ariba and Docusign.
    • Offsites and temporary storage leases
    • Incoming emails to centralized Retail Operations Inbox
    • Miscellaneous Sales Audit issues
    • Store Incident Reports
    • Inventory Control Reports
    • Transportation rentals
    • Early closing/delayed opening data.
  • Assist with the following documents:
    • Policies & Procedures
    • Standard Operating Procedures
    • Seasonal and Quick Reference Guides
    • Task communication to stores.
  • Assist with Loss Prevention support for stores such as Armored Car, Security Guard services, Theft incidents, and Audits.
  • Support scheduling and follow up to Store Maintenance requests and service.
  • Special operational projects that impact changes to the day/day business
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 5 years retail store management experience and 1 year Corporate office experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Skills:
  • In-store experience required with deep store operations experience
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with others.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
DECISION MAKING:
As a primary point of contact, the Coordinator will partner with Field Leadership and stores on daily business inquiries and decisions. The Coordinator will also make store-based task timing recommendations to Store Operations leaders.

RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with adherence to deadlines.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and remotely.
  • Combines store-based experience and creative problem-solving to improve operational efficiency.
  • Being highly organized and able to Multitask is required to be successful in role.
ENVIRONMENT:
  • Must be able to engage diverse personalities effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Support a Hybrid work environment.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
