What you will do:
We are looking for an astute, motivated individual to fulfill an internship position within our Real Estate Systems Team. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation. Your curiosity about emerging trends and practices will stimulate brainstorming discussions with a group of like-minded professionals. This is a summer internship with possible extension till end of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with data analysis using Power BI and Excel.
- Provide support identifying requirements and writing related documentation.
- Provide analytical support in evaluating new technology.
- Work with stakeholders (JP, SG, UK, US) closely to achieve improvements such as data management, automation and report customisation.
- Assist with supporting the implementation of new applications.
- Write documentation for product manuals.
- Systems/ applications you could expect to gain exposure to: MS 365 Power BI / Power Automate / SharePoint, PRODA, Origin (Altrio), Voyanta, Intralinks, Asset Central.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Have work eligibility in Japan on full-time basis (Have citizenship of Japan)
- Current student (undergraduate or graduate)
- Native English and Intermediate/Advanced Japanese or vice versa (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
- Organized and reliable with attention to detail.
- A Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills.
- An outstanding writer with strong communication skills, possess the ability to interface with all levels of the organization.
- Creative, curious, and optimistic, with an eye for technology that will drive the business forward.
- Interested in learning and building an analytical skill set including Excel modelling, and report building via Microsoft Power BI.
Contract Term:
- 6 months, from the mutually agreed date from May to earlier July.
Working Hours:
- 9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Location:
- The Prudential Tower 16F, 2-13-10 Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
