Program Manager - Design for Excellence Consultant
DfX plays a key role in Philips' ability, in collaboration between business functions, to address total end-to-end cost and margin improvement, often establishing new ways of working, encouraging cooperation and transparency at a product and business level.
Your role:
- Co-creating 12-18-month business & profitability improvement roadmap, together with business & function partners, based on data driven insights.
- Coaching the project team members on Design for eXcellence methodology to create extended network of expertise and drive talent transformation.
- Enabling end-to-end business & profitability improvements through leadership of strategic initiatives & projects that change the way work within the team and across the business (e.g. develop engagement model to support early concept development in R&D, Portfolio Optimization through SKU reduction)
- Developing and training the Design for eXcellence methodology to enable enhancement of talent across the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and BU's
- Supporting knowledge management through maintaining and expanding our toolkit and best practice database
- Ability to synthesize data, and complex information into a simple call to action, & drive action planning to results.

- Master's degree in a relevant technical/business discipline (e.g. Engineering or other technical background or equivalent business experience
- Professional with 10+ years proven track record in managing and coaching technical, business and/or continuous improvement projects.
- Previous management consulting experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAFe/Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen techniques, value proposition creation and/or design thinking
- Proficient with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, R, SQL, Python, OBS)
- Familiarity with health systems products, customers, competitors and suppliers in relevant markets
- PMP certification a plus
