Make Your Mark:

The Center of Excellence (COE) is a team within the broader Professional Services team that is focused on driving quality and efficiency across BlackLine implementations. CoE accomplishes driving continuous improvement amongst the team by: prioritizing/leading and overseeing initiatives, participating in cross-organizational initiatives, owning the ongoing evolution of the Delivery Framework, monitoring project status, tracking and analyzing team skills, developing and monitoring enablement plans, creating monthly reporting packages (complete with trending analysis and suggested actions) and representing services leadership in cross-departmental initiatives.

You'll Get To:

  • Drive innovation in the Services team by standardizing services delivery and performing value-add services based on best practices and industry standards
  • Architect and deploy scalable solutions and leading practices across the Services team
  • Partner with stakeholder network (GTM, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to successfully implement and train on new services approaches
  • Maintain the CoE service catalog/initiatives and prepare KPIs on the overall effectiveness of the respective service offerings
  • Create and maintain library of service-related documentation for all BlackLine Products
  • Partner with various other departments (i.e. Customer Experience) to improve processes for enhancing the Customer Journey
  • Develop new service offerings, and creation of corresponding collateral
  • Identify ways to upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue and build brand awareness
  • Provide project governance, monitoring and reporting from our PSA tool
  • Create monthly reporting package for Executive Management Team
  • Review customer surveys - engage with customers to obtain feedback and identify trends
  • Serve as Program Manager for all initiatives listed above, leading Professional Services resources on a rotational basis, by maintaining project plans and driving initiatives to completion
  • Perform other duties as required

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years experience in implementation, project and people management
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to convey solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen with an ability to build rapport and working relationships
  • Natural problem solver
  • Team Player but able to work alone and prioritize time/activity
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
  • BlackLine implementation experience required

Salary Range:

USD $112,000.00 - USD $149,000.00

Pay Transparency Statement:

Placement within this range depends upon several factors, including the applicant's prior relevant job experience, skill set, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, BlackLine also offers short-term and long-term incentive programs, based on eligibility, along with a robust offering of benefit and wellness plans.
