Sales Manager, Oncology

Role Summary:

Reporting to ONC / II / RD Category Lead, the Sales Manager leads the sales team to achieve the team's business and sales objectives, develop and expand the key accounts of Pfizer products.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales business plans for assigned brands by partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive the performance of sales team and maximize customer facing engagement with HCPs via various means (including face-to-face interaction and virtual engagement) based on customers' diverse needs
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Ensure sales programmes/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines
  • Conduct sales analysis and forecast and analyse sales trend to ensure sales target achievement
  • Manage Sales Team with FTE allocation, product positioning and prioritization
  • Monitoring and analysing business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share and etc) and the competition.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust as necessary on KPI and sales incentives plans for field force
  • Create a team culture that aligns to Pfizer's vision and values
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports
  • Responsible for the career development of Sales team

Qualifications:

  • University graduate in Science, Pharmacy or related discipline
  • At Least 10 years of relevant experience with proven sales track record
  • Strong ability to lead sales team to deliver on time and within budget
  • Customer mapping and competitor insight
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry and HK healthcare system in Private and Public sector
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and time frames in a matrix organization
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal, influence and communications skills
  • Strong partner relationship and collaboration skills
  • Facilitation and skills in conveying best practice and learning
  • Data analysis, interpretation, and communications
  • Presentation and computer skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Chinese and English
