PepsiCo Operations Transformation

PepsiCo Operations is partnering with sector business teams to develop a consumer and customer-centric corporate strategy for an advantaged supply chain of the future, which has unrivaled flexibility for the marketplace of tomorrow. This strategy will be anchored in the latest trends across consumer, customer, competitor, workforce, technology, and sustainability along with an understanding of internal pressures to ensure a future-fit strategy for PepsiCo's next generation omnichannel supply chain.

The Manager, PepsiCo Operations Transformation will support the PepsiCo Transformation team to translate these external trends and internal pressures into key strategic imperatives for PepsiCo's North America supply chain strategy. In doing so, the Manager will work on analytical/strategic problem solving, strategic content development, and management of discrete projects across the broader supply chain strategy agenda. This role will report to the Director, Global Operations Transformation, and will regularly interface with senior leaders (VP+).

Responsibilities

  • Employ solution-oriented mindset to help solve an array of PepsiCo's most challenging, business critical, topics
  • Build project deliverables in partnership with Vice President and Director
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the Strategic Deep Dive
  • Serve as the analytical and project management point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive to fact-based insights
  • Synthesize analytical output to create Executive-ready presentations and whitepapers
  • Present synthesized analytical findings to Executive stakeholders in concert with Director(s) and Vice President
  • Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic / geopolitical trends to inform transformation strategy

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in business, economics, or other similar analytical discipline
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of strategy experience either within a corporate strategy team or Top-Tier consulting firm (2+ years with MBA)

Preferred Skills:

  • Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment
  • Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to "manage up"
  • Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands
  • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences; foreign language skills highly desired
