What to expect:

  • Become a BI expert for Paysafe's Digital Wallets products, providing valuable insight, analytics and analysis for the business
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc reporting
  • Support stakeholders by delivering data sets primarily through heavy SQL querying/data mining
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Support the use of consistent, well-defined KPIs
  • Manage internal stakeholders across multiple groups in the company, and at multiple levels. This will range from interacting with junior analysts to divisional CEOs
  • It is envisaged that as your skills and knowledge grow, you will support the BI needs of other areas of the business. This can include the consolidation of group KPIs and providing support for other products across the Group

Your profile:

Data Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in dealing with large and complex data sets using SQL based language(s). Learn intricate proprietary data knowledge from Data Experts and then use this knowledge to generate ad-hoc requests to provide desired data sets to Business End Users. The ideal candidate would possess the following skill sets:

  • Technical Skills minimum but not limited to:
    • Strong SQL Based Languages skills (High Proficiency in T-SQL, PL/SQL or Snowflake SQL)
    • Excel for data delivery (High Proficiency / VBA not required, but considered a plus)
  • Adapt to Change Skills: Find an ever-changing data environment a welcome challenge as well as learning a multitude of systems and software
  • Analytical Skills: Find digging into and analyzing data anomalies a welcome challenge
  • Interpersonal Skills: Find accountability with an Entrepreneurial mindset to do more than just write code but think outside the box in proactively identifying issues and providing solutions
  • Best Practice Skills: Find value in following Best Practices related to:
    • Protection of Sensitive Data
    • Clean and Clear Documentation
    • Business Continuity
    • Following Standard Operating Procedures
  • People Skills: Find value in an inclusive and supportive work environment which requires collaboration with Team Members from all over the Globe coming from very different cultural backgrounds
