Your Career
Reporting into the SVP of Marketing, North America you will have strategic responsibility for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for North America Partners and Ecosystems. This position plays a critical role in generating demand, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth for Palo Alto Networks. The Senior Director will lead a team of partner marketing professionals and collaborate closely with partner sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global and regional business objectives.
Your Impact
- The person in this role will be pivotal in accelerating our market leadership and revenue growth by transforming our North American partner and ecosystem into a powerhouse for demand generation and customer acquisition. You will achieve this by:
- Driving multi-million dollar pipeline and revenue through the strategic development and execution of highly targeted, integrated marketing campaigns within our diverse partner ecosystem.
- Shaping the strategic direction of NAM partner marketing, acting as a trusted advisor to senior sales executives, and translating complex business objectives into impactful, measurable marketing plans.
- Cultivating a high-performing team of 15+ marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability that consistently delivers exceptional results.
- Optimizing significant marketing investments, leveraging a data-driven approach to ensure maximum ROI and continuous improvement across all partner marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring seamless collaboration and brand consistency across global and regional teams, amplifying our message and market presence through our critical cloud service provider (CSP, Global systems Integrators (GSIs), Traditional distributors) and ISV alliances.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $248,000 - $330,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
