About the Role:

We are looking for an innovative Product Marketing leader to help drive market awareness and adoption of our Predictive Document Verification (“DocV”) product. Across the identity verification space, document verification remains the go-to authentication method and thus our DocV solution serves as a critical pillar in Socure’s ability to deliver an end-to-end identity stack. DocV is also key to Socure’s expansion into new verticals and markets, including international growth and Public Sector support.

As a Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will take ownership of the DocV go-to-market strategy and product positioning, including managing the execution of product and feature launches and promoting product adoption. In this role, you will partner closely with the DocV Product team and collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing organizations. The ideal candidate will be a compelling storyteller responsible for developing captivating messaging, establishing thought leadership, producing sales enablement materials, and executing innovative cross-channel marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing team.


  • Strategize: Influence the product strategy and business plan of the DocV product to ensure product/market fit. Become a subject matter expert on the document verification space and conduct ongoing competitive analysis to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
  • Captivate: Partner with product management to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience, including executives and prospective influencers and buyers—constantly looking to optimize and update based on feedback.
  • Sell: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to execute go-to-market strategy and drive adoption of the product. Plan, prioritize, and execute all go-to-market initiatives to raise product awareness and adoption.
  • Evangelize: Advocate for Socure’s DocV solution and overall ID+ suite, both internally and externally, through industry events and analyst briefings. Work with our sales enablement and education teams to produce materials that enable Sales and Growth to win.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 10+ years of related work experience, including 6+ years in product marketing in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the identity, fraud, or financial industry space.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively position B2B products for growth in the market, working with Commercial and Marketing teams to build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Proactive learner with the ability to grasp, simplify, and clearly articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, visual), both for internal audiences and customer-facing messaging.
  • Entrepreneurial approach and passion, sense of urgency, forward and strategic thinking, ability to drive meaningful change in the business and in the industry.

Salary Disclosure:

Base Salary range: $185,000-220,000

This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on factors including geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job related factors. Socure's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, equity,  comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
