Summary

As the Real Estate Lead in Data & Technology you will be responsible for various areas including Real Estate Data Governance & Systems, Dashboards, Analytics, Data Quality, Data Governance, systems integration, Quality Assurance, as well as management of the enterprise data management program from Real Estate point of view.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

You will act as Real Estate single point of contact for all Enterprise Data Management program queries.
Define & communicate standards, benchmarks, and processes for the daily execution of data governance tasks, using a common set of tools & methods.
Ensure accuracy of data, working with regional leaders to correct any discrepancies. Drive data reporting by provision of highly accurate and easily understandable dashboards.

Collaborate closely with internal and 3rd party stakeholders to calibrate, discuss and resolve data governance and quality issues.
Provide technical leadership in data management; implement and own Quality Management Systems.
Collaborate closely with the Real Estate Standards, Process & Governance team to ensure that standards and processes implemented are supported by a robust set of data.
Strong Project Management skills to lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Develop and coordinate project plans across the requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment stages of a project to support successful project delivery.
Manage the technology and data to enable the leadership team in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, collaboration and alignment across the Real Estate organization that would result in cost savings, process efficiency, service standardization, enhancements, and budget and/or resource reallocation.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Data Analytics, Data Management and / or Technology deployment
  • Proven experience in data management and / or data governance.
  • Experience working within the DCAM.
  • Proven project and stakeholder management competencies / experiences.
  • Fluent spoken and written professional English is a must.
