Position Summary:

As the Sr. Product Manager responsible for ourplatformsolution, you will focusonthe strategy and development of our NAVEX One platformservices. You will be responsible fortheplanning, definition and delivery ofoursoftware. Specifically, you will build on the current products to drive growth and scale as part of our overall GRC Information System.This is ahigh-profilerole given the importance of this product area in our overall road map.

As a leader in the Product Management Team, you will engage with leaders across the organization, gather input from a variety of sources, both internal and external, and weigh them against business objectives to ensure our product roadmap is strategically positioned and achieves strong customer satisfaction and retention levels. You are a self-starter with a bias for action and data-driven decisions. You will drive product innovation and support cross-sell activities through execution on our vision as you guide our development teams and collaborate extensively with stakeholders to delight our customers. Your responsibilities range from increasing the usability of existing products to planning and developing new platform services and cross-product integrations. Through continuous and open dialogue with key internal and external stakeholders, you will successfully lead tactical and strategic decisions.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop, maintain and communicate theroadmap for the platform in alignment with our strategic and financial goals
  • Gather and analyze quantitative market evidence from customersandprospects, competitors, analysts and other sources to describe the market opportunity we are pursuing.Partner with Financeand Salesto developbusinesscases which drive investment
  • Be proactive and havea bias for making data-based decisions, be the focal point for the company for the product, to gain the trust of all the stakeholders
  • Facilitate continuous dialoganddiscovery withcustomers viainterviews,win/loss calls and competitive analysis
  • Generate prioritizedroadmap deliverables and product requirements to support the strategic roadmap from all functional stakeholders to address these multidimensional needsacross the product lifecycle. In particular, keep in mind the individual productrequirements andtheir place in our overall NAVEX One platform
  • Own the corresponding Agile artifactsandceremonies for up to two sprint teams. Facilitate sprint and release planning activities, contribute to daily Standups, Showcases and Retrospectives, ensuring roadmap success and implementation of timely risk mitigation actions
  • Partner with Marketing to leverage your market insights into sales-enabling tools and other customer-facing artifacts and programs

What You Will Need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field from an accredited university or college
  • 8+ years direct experience inproductmanagement for an enterprise software orplatformSaaS product. Prior experience developing platform products and integrating individual products into a platform offering is highly desirable
  • Strong business acumen, experience managing product vision, Go-To Market strategy and competitor analysis
  • Familiarity with user authentication and authorization solutions is a strong plus
  • Ability to learn and assimilate information quickly within your product as you develop, communicate and execute on the product roadmap vision
  • Direct experience in an Agile software development in a continuous delivery environment
  • Direct experience leading geographically remote teams
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, an openness to change, and a willingness to take informed risks
  • Ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement while working cross-functionally to solve business problems and meet business goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to engage and collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

  • The starting pay range for this role is $135,000+ per annum with 5% MBO.
  • Pay progression is based on performance.
