We're looking for experienced Account Executives - specializing in selling into the Manufacturing Industry - to join our newest build-out here in NYC.

This is the start of something BIG! A chance for an Industry Sales Specialist to build upon our current industry successes, while aiding in our GTM strategy to take it to the next level. You will be responsible for scaling industry sales of monday.com by providing expert-level industry guidance, advising on industry solutions, and developing targeted accounts - focusing on the value we deliver as we transform the way that Functional teams work across the Manufacturing Industry.

  • The Industry Specialist position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our multiple products within a PLG (sales assisted) motion or Outbound effort
  • Prospect to new Manufacturing logos, lead discovery/demos, and align on business outcomes - while positioning monday.com as the go to for the digital transformation of customers workflows
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com's solution and connect usage directly to the ROI of a Manufacturing Customer
  • Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver ARR inside the Manufacturing vertical
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale

Your Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience selling a SaaS solution to the Manufacturing Industry
  • You will possess a business background and domain knowledge in Manufacturing accounts that enables you to drive engagement and interact with business personas at the CxO/VP level
  • You understand the concepts of digitization and industrial change in the Manufacturing Industry and have prior success in helping your customers implement impactful change.
  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus!
  • Experience building and leveraging multiple channels to build an industry presence and drive Top of Funnel leads to bottom of funnel ARR (inc Webinars, industry events,etc)
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Extensive customer network with a proven ability to deliver value at senior levels of an organization.
  • Track record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $160,000-$180,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.

For Colorado-based hires only: Compensation Range: $150,000-$170,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earna discretionary bonusand/orRSUs based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies.Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside ofColorado may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
