The Knowledge Management Analyst position is responsible for the run, manage and maturity of Knowledge Management Practice including adoption of Knowledge Management globally. Continuous Improvement, Innovation, and technical advancement along with application of KCS, ITIL, SAFe and Lean IT methodologies are at the core of the Knowledge Management Practice (KMP).





Key Responsibilities:



Knowledge Management Analysis, Governance and Execution




  • Day-to-day KM operational and compliance support for the Knowledge Management practice. Includes resolving basic technical & practice related issues and providing support to technical & client facing teams with respect to knowledge curation.

  • Provide content to Knowledge Newsletter and Engineering Roundtable events.

  • Monitor and provide applicable direction regarding Knowledge Feedback to individuals and teams.

  • Develop & maintain end user training articles, Pathway’s.

  • Deliver Training sessions globally focused on the Knowledge Management “Best Practices”.





Knowledge Practice Maturity & Improvement




  • Participate in process improvement activities, i.e., governance/adherence, assessments, brainstorming, improvement recommendations. Including “Link Accuracy”, automation identification and metrics for measurement

  • Analysis, Design, Develop and Test Jira/Azure stories for Knowledge Practice and tool improvements.

  • Continual socialization of the Knowledge Management practice across all stakeholders.





Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



Required:




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related technical field

  • 2+ years of related Strategic, Operational, Business or Industry work experience.

  • An understanding and working experience in Analysis, Process Improvement & Data Analytics

  • Broad knowledge of IT systems, Automation toolsets, and Industry best practices.

  • ServiceNow ITSM

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Including oral & written skills and presentation experience.

  • Ability to execute multiple assignments concurrently in a fast paced ever changing environment.

  • Strong customer service focus.





Preferred:




  • Jira, Miro, ServiceNow Reporting, Power BI

  • Proficient with the MS Office suite used in day-to-day work functions. Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Fluent in one or more languages in addition to English i.e. Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, French…

  • KCS v6 highly desired

  • Lean IT, DevOps, SAFe, ITIL V4, and/or Agile methodology, certification and/or awareness
