About the Role:

Join the team focused on strategically using content to optimize performance of Sales and Customer Success employees at KeepTruckin. The KeepTruckin Sales Enablement Knowledge Management (KM) team is seeking a KM Specialist to help us scale and optimize KT sellers’ and success specialists’ collective repository of needle-moving knowledge. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver knowledge management strategies and to continuously improve knowledge management platforms. Your responsibilities will include partnering with enablement, sales, and customer success staff to define, capture, and manage knowledge in support of proven sales & customer success tactics. You will help to accelerate the sales process within the world’s leading ELD and fleet management platform provider. The KM Specialist inspires a continuous improvement mindset within Sales Enablement, partners with subject matter experts and other stakeholders within the company, and implements changes in a timely manner to advance the curation and usage of knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a background that enables them to structure and develop internal content that directly supports KeepTruckin’s Sales and Customer Success employees.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to systematically collect voice of customer information, validate content relevance, and Identify problems/solutions to be captured in assigned knowledge domain(s)
  • Intake and triage requests for knowledge content
  • Identify and capture new information on an ongoing basis
  • Build collaborative knowledge sharing environments, motivating individual contribution of insights and best practices
  • Perform page and platform audits to assure/maintain a high standard of KMS quality 
  • Manage special projects focused on continuously improving the knowledge management system, including new content creation, governance, communications, voice of customer, and more.
  • Facilitate discussions with and feedback from the KM Coach community, a group of front line subject matter experts who direct feedback from the field to the KM team and act as super users of the Knowledge Management System (KMS).

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales, customer success, knowledge management, content creation, or content strategy.
  • 3+ years of working with communications channels (e.g. Confluence, Slack, etc.) and familiarity and expertise with content creation tools, including blogs, email templates, and videos
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Clear track record of managing projects while demonstrating excellent business judgement
  • Strong written and verbal communicator who can drive consensus and articulate recommendations
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, problem solving skills, and team-orientated philosophy; great attention to detail and pride in execution of initiatives
