This person will manage a team of Product Marketing Managers working on complex integrity issues as well as transforming advertiser support. They will lead a high performing team of managers and individual contributors to develop strategy, key messages, and global launch plans to bring products to market. The leader will aggregate market feedback to inform product development and risk mitigation, and will partner across the company to identify opportunities to improve advertiser experiences and mitigate integrity risks.

Product Marketing Lead, Central Integrity & Support Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale a high-performing business product marketing team across global offices
- Understand the needs of advertisers, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience, shaping portfolio-level product strategies balancing preservation of economic opportunity and risk of harm
- Identify significant long-term opportunities based on research, analysis and a strategic view of the direction of the market
- Drive alignment across product and business teams for the purpose of unifying our vision and goals for integrity and support outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional team leaders to develop go-to-market plans globally, including positioning and cross-channel activation
- Manage high-priority, fast moving decisions and communications regarding our product and go-to-market strategy
- 10+ years of business strategy, product marketing, product management or marketing experience
- 5+ years of experience with Trust & Safety or Integrity related teams
- 5+ years experience leading teams, including managing managers
- Experience influencing at a variety of levels in an organization, including with cross-functional leaders
- Experience driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives
- Experience synthesizing analysis and communicating concepts
- Experience working with advertisers or business enterprises
- Experience launching and driving adoption of new products and services, owning and achieving key performance indicators
- BA/BS degree
