Meta is seeking a Product Marketing leader to join our team. The Business Product Marketing team finds the intersection between people's needs, marketers' needs, and Meta's strongest differentiators to drive the development, launch, and growth of industry-leading business products. The products we build enable businesses to grow and communities to prosper. This leader will have experience in digital advertising/monetization product management or marketing, and an understanding of the digital advertising/marketing industry. You will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies for advertising and/or technical enterprise business tools.The Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading a team of managers and individual contributors that influence product development and lead go-to-market strategy, including development of strategy, key message and global launch plans. This leader will need to be an experienced, hands-on operational manager who can execute against business objectives while growing and developing individuals.

Product Marketing Lead, Facebook Monetization Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of people managers and individual contributors delivering on global launches and large scale initiatives for Meta's lead generation ads products, as well as company-level initiatives
  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
  • Understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to influence product strategy and solve complex problems alongside cross functional stakeholders
  • Partner with and influence cross functional teams across Meta to identify new innovative solutions for advertisers that impact long-term strategic objectives
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market specific needs
  • Establish strategic plans and objectives in partnership with leadership teams
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of ad products and solutions by guiding cross-functional teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and positioning
  • Develop and share tools, resources and processes to promote collaboration, respect, and a shared responsibility among individuals and teams
  • Drive and manage a team to execute successful go-to-market activations across multiple internal sales and partnerships teams by crafting effective messaging for a variety of audiences and enabling go-to-market teams at scale
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12+ years of experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting
  • 5+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing team members, including experience managing other people managers
  • Experience partnering closely with product management, product marketing and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements and supporting product launches
  • Experience collaborating across all levels of cross-functional teams with the experience to influence behavior and drive resolution with leadership in the context of competing perspectives
  • Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience addressing complex business issues and making recommendations to all levels of leadership teams
  • Organizational and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Lead generation advertising, product and/or product marketing experience
  • Experience running end-to-end go-to-market for products with global reach, including sales enablement and developing positioning/narrative

$189,000/year to $258,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
