Meta is seeking a Product Marketing leader to join our team. The Business Product Marketing team finds the intersection between people's needs, marketers' needs, and Meta's strongest differentiators to drive the development, launch, and growth of industry-leading business products. The products we build enable businesses to grow and communities to prosper. You will have experience in digital advertising/monetization product management or marketing, and an understanding of the digital advertising/marketing industry. You will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies for advertising and/or technical enterprise business tools.As the Product Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of individual contributors that influence product development and lead go-to-market strategy, including development of strategy, key message and global launch plans. You will need to be an experienced, hands-on operational manager who can execute against business objectives while growing and developing individuals. You must have experience leading successful cross-functional projects while balancing evolving priorities and a broad range of stakeholders.

Product Marketing Lead, Ads Targeting Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of individual contributors delivering on global launches for Ads Targeting
  • Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to influence product strategy and solve complex problems alongside cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead, develop and grow a high performing team that seeks to do the best work of their careers from a leader they can be inspired by and learn from
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Meta that build new innovative solutions for advertisers to ensure that products and solutions are incorporated into the platform in a consistent and strategic manner
  • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of ad products and solutions by guiding cross-functional teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and positioning
  • Drive successful go-to-market activations across multiple internal sales and partnerships teams by crafting effective messaging for a variety of audiences and enabling go-to-market teams at scale
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years professional experience in strategic marketing, product marketing management or product management, within technology, internet technology, or management consulting
  • 2+ years of people management experience coaching and developing team members
  • Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams with the experience to influence behavior and drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives
  • Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues
  • Organizational and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Creative discipline or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree
  • Experience in a product marketing capacity (partnering closely with product management, product marketing and/or engineering to represent market/customer requirements and supporting product launches)
  • Experience running go-to-market for products with global reach end-to-end, including sales enablement and positioning/narrative
