We are hiring for a Payroll Team Lead will manage a team responsible for supporting global Payroll operations. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, this role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, addressing team escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.This position requires operational controls and due diligence, proactively managing internal and external stakeholders, and effectively managing operational key performance metrics.As someone having experience of consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate with the experience to collaborate and work independently in our time-sensitive global team environment, this is an exciting role for an experienced HR professional to grow in the company.This is a full-time, on-site position located at our Dublin office.

Payroll Specialist Lead Responsibilities:
- Lead a team responsible for daily payroll operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for employees.
- Address escalations and resolve complex payroll issues within the team.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT.
- Maintain accurate documentation of payroll processes and procedures.
- Support the implementation of process improvements and system updates.
- Assist with audits and compliance activities related to payroll.
- Analyze and report payroll metrics to the Payroll Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
- 8+ years of experience in Payroll & Human Resources or operations.
- 3+ years of experience working with multi-region Payroll systems (SAP, Workday, ADP).
- 2+ years of experience leading a payroll team.
- Experience with time tracking systems and solutions.
- Data skills and experience with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Experience in managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing internal and external audit reviews.
- Knowledge of benefit operations and processes.
- Awareness of HR best practices and regulatory constraints related to payroll.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance.
- Experience with LEAN tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
