Job Description

What Your Impact Will Be

The candidate must have an operational profile to keep pace with our operation with a specialization in the following topics:

• Weekly tracking of operating cost information with 3PL, freight expenses, accessories and security.
• Review and approval of invoices in the Coupa portal, compared against the fiscal folio concentrate shared by the 3PL.
• Annual generation of PO's for transportation providers expense and review by Q of the remaining balance.
• Perform the monthly accounting closing and report the corresponding financial indicators.
• Management of the corresponding documents for supplier registration (NDA & FCPA) and contract management and document tracking.
• Generate monthly accounting closings for Backhaul scheme operations (WM, LV and SB) and report the corresponding financial indicators.
• Report and follow up on transportation claims with the corresponding broker.
• Management of suppliers' registration in Mattel systems (Coupa and ISIS).
• Development of Fcst of annual transportation operation expenses and by Q.
• Management of cost information for evaluation of Cost of Service to customers.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Transportation engineering profile with experience in budget management, accounting closings and administrative management.
• Ability to think analytically and identify key priorities.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing large data and complex files.
• Ownership and accountability 
• Communication and collaboration across different teams.
• Solution-driven mindset with organizational skills.
• Intermediate english
