What you'll do:

  • Write excellent ad copy and work with our visual designer to produce great ads
  • Identify high-impact audiences and find channels that can reach them–both traditional (like trade publications and professional associations) and new (like Reddit communities and Meetups)
  • Build, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn and through third-party syndicators
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing and product teams to maintain a marketing calendar that anticipates product launches, company events, and content campaigns
  • Manage Lumafield’s HubSpot account, creating processes, automation, and workflows that keep our sales and marketing teams moving
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams as well as company leadership to deliver analytics that help us measure the success of our initiatives and plan our investments
  • Own Lumafield’s marketing technology stack, optimizing current tools and researching and recommending new tools

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management, growth marketing, marketing operations, and/or demand generation
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel)
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (ideally HubSpot)
  • Strong ability to spot and quickly solve problems
  • Excited to learn and try new things

Lumafield is committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, because the more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.
