Role Overview

We're seeking a talented and highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company through strategic marketing initiatives. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns, analyze data to identify opportunities for growth, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and managing external agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing spend across various channels.
  • Manage and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns to increase visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversion rates.
  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and effective brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
  • Monitor and report on growth initiatives' performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in education technology or related fields.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Experience managing external agencies and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams to achieve their best.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel as required to attend industry events and join in-person team gatherings.
