Leidos has a new and exciting opportunity for a Junior Trainer in our National Security Sector's (NSS) Engineering, Integration and Operations Business Area (EIO), supporting the FUSIONS II program at Lackland AFB, Texas. This position is on a future contract pending award announcement.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Optimizes and executes unit operational training plans for personnel certification, and, in an instance where none exist, creating new training plans.
- Adopts and embraces a multi-domain/discipline mindset for collaboration with subject matter experts of other information warfare disciplines to develop new, innovative cross-domain operational methods.
- Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with air components, service, Allied, joint information operations centers, combat support agencies, combatant commands, interagency partners, academia and industry.
Security Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
Basic Qualifications
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 6 - 8 years of relevant Intelligence experience; or a Masters degree and 4 or more years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Skills: Experience with the national intelligence community. Knowledge of AF operations and have experience working directly with a military operational command. Working knowledge of the U.S. Air Force Intelligence Career field training requirements. Working-level ability with all components of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience/Skills: Prior experience assigned to a training office. Eight (8) years' experience working within the national intelligence community. Instructor experience within the U.S. Air Force Intelligence career field. Familiar with Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
Training/Certifications: Certified in AETCs Basic Instructor Course (BIC).

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
