Job Description

Pay: 32,37$ per hour

For overtime shifts rates:

1.5x (51.05$/hr) for Work over 40 hours a week or Saturday shifts
2x (64.74$/hr) for Sunday/Stat Holiday Shifts

Overtime hours vary seasonally; overtime is available averaging 8-12 hours per week
Shifts: 40-hour work week Monday to Friday, rotating shifts:
12-hour shifts (Example below)
W1: MON-WED 6:30AM - 6:30PM
W2: MON-WED 6:30PM - 6:30AM
W3: THU-SAT 6:30AM - 6:30pm
W4: THU-SAT 6:30PM - 6:30AM

Here is a brief list of what you will be working on:

Work as part of a team to perform corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment.

Perform work in a manner consistent with plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks

Be part of an effective work planning process that utilizes work orders, planners, and part staging

Job Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) license (Red Seal). Welding experience an asset.

Willing and able to work shift work (days, afternoons and midnights), overtime, weekends, and holidays

Ability to set up and operate all machines common to the trade and ability to operate equipment including lathe, vertical mill, band saw, drill press, etc. Welding experience an asset
