We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our dynamic Paid Media team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of digital advertising, working alongside experienced professionals. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our efforts to optimize campaigns (for selected markets - Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia), ensure data accuracy, and contribute to ongoing knowledge sharing across the APAC markets.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

  • Campaign Management Support:

    • Verify accuracy in paid ad accounts across various platforms (ie. Meta, Google, TikTok).
    • Assist with data extractions for reporting and campaign analysis.


  • Campaign Optimization and Insights:

    • Update taxonomy scores to ensure compliance across markets
    • Track best practices in paid media platforms across markets.
    • Monitor the progress of ongoing paid media pilot projects and case studies.


  • Reporting and Documentation:

    • Verify data accuracy in monthly and quarterly media reports.
    • Assist in documenting and maintaining the Audience Activation Playbook.


  • Learning and Development:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in paid media.
    • Participate in team meetings and presentation sessions.

Essential Skills:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a business, marketing, communications, advertising, or related Degree program
  • Prior internship experience a plus but not required
  • Strong understanding of marketing and advertising on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Experience using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics and TikTok Ads is advantageous
  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and across teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills is a plus
  • Interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn about paid advertising
