As a Product Marketing Senior Associate within J.P. Morgan Payments, you will be responsible for informing and shaping the product marketing strategy and executing the go-to-market plan for J.P. Morgan's Kinexys blockchain solutions. You will play a crucial role in defining and delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns, supporting our event presence, and product moments to drive market education, awareness, and client adoption.
Job responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives product adoption, revenue growth, and market leadership.
- Define, develop, and establish compelling product narratives and messaging that can serve as the foundation for all outbound marketing initiatives.
- Champion the product internally and at scale, accelerating awareness across business teams to optimize the adoption funnel.
- Formulate go-to-market strategies with clearly defined "moments" that can help drive awareness for an emerging business.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and marketing counterparts, including executives, product managers, channel marketing, and regional marketing teams, fostering collaboration and a deep understanding of "what success looks like" for the business.
- Own, lead, and manage the delivery of multiple projects and deadlines, executing complex marketing initiatives from inception to completion.
- Lead and manage day-to-day agency initiatives, with a proven ability to deliver and communicate strong strategic briefs.
- Lead and champion prioritization, ensuring that our go-to-market plans and tactics are focused on high-impact outcomes for the business, with measurable results.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product strategy with a proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills with experience leading and managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Highly attentive to details and ability to identify unique areas of opportunity from customer insights.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and harmoniously with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
