This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Product Marketing Strategy, you will define strategies for how Kohl's uses products and brands throughout the content marketing ecosystem to increase customer relevance and deepen retailer connection.
What You'll Do
- Drive competitive and consumer insights for the category and key product classes, providing distilled information about Kohl's customer to guide product and marketing decisions
- Build Seasonal and Annual Product Marketing Strategy, informed by customer and market insights and aligned to brand and campaign goals
- Establish best practices and vision for the Product Marketing Strategy Team to ensure consistency across categories
- Understand the macro view of the business to develop and implement product marketing tactics that have a long-term impact on Kohl's and Kohl's customer
- Communicate strategy internally and externally, ensuring key partners are aligned on short, mid, and long-term goals
- Own marketing strategy relationships with key partner brands and vendors
- Manage and monitor the progress of product marketing strategies related to the category and customer
- Drive product priorities and value integration for monthly stories
- Develops talent directly on the strategy team

What Skills You Have
Required
- 7+ years of marketing strategy or related experience
- Proven ability to anticipate and influence change and drive strategic alignment of partner teams
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting to and influencing high-level audiences
- A proven track record of conducting research, analyzing and synthesizing results and integrating specific, actionable insights into successful business-driving programs
- Strong sense of accountability; passion for owning projects and driving them to completion
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent cross-functional partner, able to ensure teams understand and follow strategic guidance
- Experience leading a team of direct reports
Preferred
- Experience in strategy consulting or agency account or strategy roles
- Ability to frame new, ambiguous and complex issues and articulate implications by conducting rigorous and objective financial analysis
- Leadership versatility and an understanding of when to step in, when to step out and challenge conventional thinking
