Overview

As a Senior Team Performance Partner, you will be responsible for designing, launching, improving, and scaling team development experiences for critical executive teams. We are reimagining Team performance at Intuit and you will play an important role in building our organization performance portfolio from the ground up.

In this role you will create innovative, impactful, customer-back team performance experiences that address the key challenges our executive teams are facing. In partnership with the Manager and Executive Development Team and HR Business Partners, you will lead organizational and team diagnostics, identify interventions, establish key success metrics and goals, design and deliver solutions, maintain senior stakeholder relationships, manage relationships with external consultants and vendors, partner with internal subject matter experts, HRBPs, and key stakeholders, establish communication and scaling plans, and iterate on experiences based on customer feedback.

What you'll bring

  • Deep experience partnering with senior leaders to diagnose and develop systemic solutions to address team performance
  • Experience partnering with and coaching senior-level executives with enterprise level accountability
  • Skilled at using a consultative, inquiry-based approach that digs beneath what the leader and team may want and also helps them determine what they need to build a high-performing team.
  • Understand the business environment, company strategy and organizational goals and deliver team and organization performance initiatives that accelerate achievement of business strategy and goals
  • Skilled at creating scalable in-person, virtual, hybrid and blended experiences (including content and curriculum) as well as resources (e.g. videos, podcasts, brief summaries of complex topics, etc.) for a diverse group of executive teams
  • 8+ years in management consulting, organization performance, leadership development, team development, or talent development
  • Exceptional in-person and virtual facilitation skills
  • Executive individual and team coaching experience with certifications preferred
  • Ability to understand, apply end-to-end thinking and connect the dots between team-based work to overall talent and Intuit strategy
  • Experience leading with data to influence and design
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail (e.g., managing multiple complex projects)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships

How you will lead

  • Lead with data and drive customer empathy to deeply understand the challenges of our executive teams and organizations
  • Engage with the team leader and the HRBP to ensure they are aware of the engagement and their expectations to drive accountability.
  • Partner across talent development, with HRBPs, DEI and Change management teams
  • Provide thought leadership in team and organizational performance
  • Iterate on design and development content based on feedback and data
  • Adapt and flex to frequently changing needs
  • Role model our leadership playbook and ensure its the foundation of all team-based work
