Come join the QuickBooks Digital Experiences Team and lead the next chapter of digital self-help. The Digital Experiences team works closely with our core product, customer experience, and help platform capability teams to deliver features that serve our entire suite of small business digital help tools such as in product help, out of product help, account management, intelligent contact routing and more! We're on a mission to deliver the best experiences across the digital portfolio that surface the right help, at the right time, exactly where the customer needs it.
What you'll bring
- Minimum of 5 years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management or similar role
- Successful history of defining and creating technology driven solutions to deliver digital self help and customer support experiences that are personalized, effortless and delightful for customers and the experts who support them
- Ability to assess and recommend opportunities where Data and AI can improve experiences
- Ability to work E2E, managing complexity and dependencies in partnership with product, content, customer experience, help platform and engineering teams to manage planning and dependencies
- Demonstrated experience managing the E2E product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Undergraduate degree required in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science, data or a related technical discipline; other concentrations or equivalent professional experience will be considered
