As the Product Manager for Coinbase in the Netherlands, you will take the helm of our product and engineering team in the local market. Your primary responsibilities will involve spearheading growth initiatives and fine-tuning the Coinbase experience for Dutch consumers, ensuring a tailored product-market fit. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Support. Your main emphasis will be on boosting revenue and fostering user growth.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties): To be completed by all business teams except Eng.
- Own product development / localisation from conception to launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and other cross-functional teams to develop and steer the local product roadmap
- Define and analyse metrics to guide product development
- Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision
- Communicate progress on initiatives to cross-functional partners and executive leadership
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements): To be completed by all business teams except Eng.
- 5+ years of product software management experience with a proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organisational skills
- Structured problem solver and strong analytical skills
- Both strategic and tactical thinking. You have strong intellect, a broad perspective, and the confidence to engage with senior leaders across multiple disciplines
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
- Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that has the ability to succeed in a fast-paced ever changing environment
- Native Dutch speaker, fluent English and based in the Netherlands
Nice to haves:
- Experience with general management, market launcher, or strategy and operations roles in high-growth start-ups, tech, finance
- Experience working in the Crypto industry (expertise not a prerequisite but willingness to learn and enthusiasm essential)
- Fluent in a second (non english) widely spoken European language
