Job Description
In this role you are responsible to provide solution as well as operation support to APJ Sales and Marketing Group (SMG) to fulfill customer and internal business needs, you are required to support the business operation team for operation works e.g. order management, shipment inquiries, pricing, sample, account setup, data operation work.
You are expected to deliver the expected business output per the business requirement and meet quality and time requirement.
Qualifications
You should have an education background in Business management, supply chain, computer science, information technology or a related field.
Additional qualifications include:
- Proven solution development experience in industry leading companies and used for more than 50 people.
- Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin. Use both as the primary working language.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication. Able to listen and articulate logically and clearly.
- Know how to use Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily operation.
- Virtual machine and/or Windows server related operation experiences
- Microsoft product experiences includes at least 2 of the below:

- SAP Script and implementing RDA/RPA solutions is preferred.

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
