Infosys is seeking a Test Lead - Healthcare Claims, Member EDI with Cypress Automation,

In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle. You will coordinate with stakeholders and conduct test workshop to convert the requirement specifications into test requirements and create test strategy. You will create test assurance plans, strategy and identify the components for failover, system recovery and collaborate with all the teams to meet our clients' business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• 4+ years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Good knowledge on Healthcare, Claims, Member and EDI compliance skills.
• 4 years of experience in Claims, Member, Plan setup and Provider systems
• 3+ years of hands-on experience on BDD, selenium or any No code low code automation tools
• Experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios and Test cases.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in test execution & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like GitHub, Rally, HP ALM, JIRA etc.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology.
• Excellent Client Interfacing skills
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
