Principal Marketing Manager - Infosys Consulting

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced Marketing Professional to join its ranks in the Dallas, TX office at a Principal Marketing Manager Level.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and competitive research to drive competitive analysis across offerings and work areas and gather business intelligence.
  • Understand Infosys' target audience and work towards identifying market segments. Build valid databases that can be used to execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Increase Infosys brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation by leveraging marketing channels and agencies.
  • Implement activities that support lead generation, customer experience, advocacy, and cross-selling across various customer segments.
  • Identify key influencers such as analysts, journalists, and consultants and develop good relationships to achieve high media share-of-voice and analyst endorsements.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams, both internal and external, to create market-ready collaterals, artifacts, sales enablers, etc.
  • Map key competitors and support the market and competitor intelligence team in publishing timely and regular market research initiatives to enable sales teams.
  • Develop and execute data-driven, theme-based marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
  • Work with global and regional marketing teams, partners to design and execute Go-To-Market campaigns that drive mindshare and market share.
  • Manage budgets and marketing operations, systems, and processes, ensuring compliance, and oversee the CRM process of the unit to drive greater collaboration between Sales and Marketing.
  • Ensure overall process governance and compliance adherence.
  • Continuously measure the impact of marketing campaigns and optimize execution.

  • At least 12 years of relevant marketing experience. Experience in B2B technology services or product marketing is a bonus.
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
  • Master's Degree or foreign equivalent
  • Should be able to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Brand development process: Knowledge of brand building, brand development, and brand equity measurement principles, frameworks, and practices to execute specific assignments and develop, measure, and refine brand development/positioning strategies as per role expectations.
  • Knowledge of channels: Knowledge of various marketing channels, channel management techniques, and new technical channels to support or manage the channel life cycle, evaluate and improve channel effectiveness, or create strategies for successful adaptation.
  • Knowledge of the market: Knowledge of culture, competitive and influencer landscape, and pricing strategies to measure performance, identify positioning/differentiation strategies and channel partners, and engage with stakeholders to recommend appropriate communication strategies.
  • Content asset development and management: Knowledge of messaging strategies, channel consumption patterns, practices, guidelines, and Infosys content management processes to identify and create content strategy and recommend enhancements.
