What you'll bring

• Digital Marketing expertise; you are a digital native and expert in mobile app acquisition, withfocus in paid media who can inspire and drive a team to do the best work of their lives• Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale digital marketing programs, including increasingconversions that drive revenue growth, measuring cost per acquisition and a strongunderstanding of the digital technology landscape• Strong prioritization and organization skills necessary to drive and lead cross-functionalinitiatives, and to be effective in a highly matrixed, distributed and extreme fast-movingenvironment• 7+ Years Paid Digital Media. Must have experience leading campaigns with high impact results• Minimal travel for industry networking, media, conferences, and related events• BA / BS degree required• Hybrid Role: 2 days in office / wk

Champion decisions that deliver the customer benefit across teams and segments to increaseloyalty and lifetime value, and achieve True North Goals• Integrate insights from a broader macroeconomic outlook, as well as competitive andcustomer trends to inform long-term planning and business models• Embrace failures and sustain long-term goals to drive innovation through speed• Drive TurboTax Digital Media Team on acquisition and retention strategies• Responsible for extreme ownership focused on Digital Media Channel performance outcomesto develop a marketing strategy that accelerates the growth of TurboTax against the marketopportunity, key insights and fiscal year financial goals• Make investment recommendations across multiple online channels, create and present mediaplans, business forecasts and investment scenarios, ensuring agency and x-functional teamsare briefed prior to season, have been provided business insights and season curves for GTM,and the resulting recommendations are assessed against business goals to ensure a winningseason strategy• Accountable for agency deployment of media plans in mobile, social, video and displayadvertising, providing guidance on targeting, spend targets, bidding strategy, and ensuringpublisher deliverables are clearly prioritized, articulated and actioned by the x-functional teamin partnership with media agency• Provide ongoing support across Digital Media, and related work. This includes, but is notlimited to, assisting in driving projects in cross team coordination, campaign and creativelaunches, data and analytics requests, end of month budget reconciliation, and projects withoutside vendors and agencies• Responsible for ownership of the Digital Media Team playbooks to ensure team and agencystakeholders understand and execute media plans, related tech and creative, ongoing testplans, learnings and implications while ensuring all requests are prioritized with clear timelinesand owners• Drive x-Functional, One Intuit Partnerships• Closely partner with extended Digital Media team in creative, trafficking, martech, adtech andregularly educate the team in latest media plans, tech, and innovation• Work across Media Channels (Brand, Search, Comms) to outline our holistic media strategyand GTM plan including building out an integrated campaign plan, starting with strategy, briefand working on executing and measuring performance• Partner with our earned, owned and paid channel teams to deliver on data-driven campaigndecisions (what is the campaign idea, how much, where, when, which channels, etc...)• Partner with media agency in order to translate media plans into GTM launches, providingdetailed instructions for in-market launch• Partner across the extended Digital Media team to ensure all key stakeholder inputs andrecommendations are included in media plans, optimizations and reflected in variousshare-outs with senior leadership

Partner with business, digital channel & analytics teams to identify insights to apply to ourcampaigns and evolve our marketing strategies• Partner with analytics and finance to support performance forecasting and results attribution• Drive Analysis & Optimization for the DM Team• Monitor and track business results, report out insights regularly to senior leadership in season,provide media recommendations/actions, as well as track and input into learnings andimplications for mid and end of season reporting• Drive data driven-decision making that will institutionalize the use of consumer-driven analyticsin campaign planning• Analyze performance to provide marketing insights to improve performance, conversion rates,and lifetime customer value; Exceptional analytical capability, able to rapidly andindependently arrive at campaign insights such as consumer behavior, audiencesegmentation, winning ad message themes, and successful call to action / landing pagestrategies.• Transform performance results, customer behavior insights, and learnings into actionablestrategy and planning, plus in-season optimization direction to media agencies to proactivelysuggest continual campaign performance improvement and drive a system of campaignexcellence• Own ongoing channel test plans documentation and test insight optimizationrecommendations• Partner with extended Digital Media team to understand, input and deliver on portfolio &audience targeting opportunities (ie Investors, Self Employed)• Drive market and competitive intelligence GTM analysis efforts, with internal and externalpartners
