Infosys is seeking an ORMB Administrator and DevOps professional withLinux RHEL, Microsoft Windows and Oracle DB experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the ORMB product from customer's requirements. The selected candidate must be able to work on ORMB product production issues, customization and performance tuning, patch installations etc., as well as troubleshoot production issues and provide resolutions and work arounds.

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson, TX or Hartford CT. or be willing to relocate to one of the areas. This position may require travel within the US.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 7 years of Information Technology experience

  • 5+ years of experience with ORMB administration and DevOps automation.
  • Good knowledge on simple and complex ORMB architecture, installation, configuration, deployment using required tools, data migration and administration, infrastructure, cutover, batch scheduling, Tivoli scheduling & operations skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 6+ years of experience with ORMB administration and DevOps automation
    • Installed and upgraded WebLogic version from 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4 and as well as administration, integration with RMB and deployment
    • Experience in WebLogic PSU and ORMB product patching
    • Configured Multi-Thread for ORMB Application and as set up batch jobs to run parallelly with multi-node cluster environment in PERF Env.
    • Experience in various versions of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) such as V2.8.0.0.0, V2.9.0.0.0 and V2.9.0.1.0, V3.0.0.0.0, V3.1.0.0.0, V3.2.0.0.0, V4.0.0.0.0, V5.1.0.0.0
    • Strong knowledge on OUAF framework, Jenkins and UCD deployment tools to perform Lower Environment Set Up and Deployment Automation to Lower Environment
    • Identifying performance bottlenecks by analyzing AWR reports from Oracle Database and fine-tuning complex queries accordingly
    • Lead the complex performance testing project and advised ORMB application team with performance tuning recommendations on Linux Server
    • Must have hands-on experience on Linux shell scripting and be able to troubleshoot ORMB application and batch server related issues
    • Strong knowledge to perform finalized DevOps Implementation Plan, Continuous Inspection with SonarQube, Veracode, Lower Environment Set Up and Deployment Automation to Lower Environment, SSO integration and java certificate implementation
    • Perform incident and change management for application issues and small break fixes
    • Install, configure, perform upgrades, and repair on server systems to have better performance for batch jobs utilization
    • Good knowledge on Control-M and Dynatrace tool

    The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
