Are you ready to take on the cyber threats of tomorrow by becoming an Okta Tenant Administrator in the Kyndryl Identity organization? As an Okta Tenant Admin, you'll be on the front line of protecting computer systems and networks from the ever-evolving landscape of hacking, viruses, and malicious attacks. Through best practices and our Okta Tenant Admin support processes, you'll ensure the utmost confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Kyndryl Identities. We're not looking for ordinary; we need individuals with expertise in Okta, a flair for problem determination, and a passion for customer service and assisting end users with their Identity Management needs.

This role isn't just protecting Identities and ultimately Kyndryl resources - it's a vital operation for facilitating trust with our customers. With your technical expertise in cybersecurity and Okta, you'll be on the front lines with our internal and external end users of our Single Sign-on (SSO), Identity Governance Administration (IGA) and Advanced Server Access (ASA) Solutions.

As an Okta Tenant Admin, you'll respond to end user requests for password or MFA resets, assist in boarding of new applications to our SSO services, create/update Okta groups, set up Access Request Types and Continued Business Need Reviews for Kyndryl's applications, and assist with set up of controlled server access groups while providing overall end user guidance and assistance with our Identity services on the Okta Platform. You'll utilize platforms such as ServiceNow and SharePoint to manage support tickets and end user guidance materials. You will be instrumental in not only addressing all Identity management issues across all of internal Kyndryl, but also provide support to our external customer community utilizing our external SSO solution.

The salary range for this opportunity starts at 1900 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields

• Experience working with Okta or other Identity Service Provider
• Demonstrated experience with managing incident tickets and requests in ServiceNow
• Experience with customer support
• Basic understanding of the current cyber threat landscape, the different tactics commonly used by adversaries and how you would investigate, contain and recover against their attacks

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or other related fields

• 1 year experience working as an Okta Tenant Administrator
• Certifications in Okta Professional and Okta Tenant Administrator
