Infosys is seeking a Test Analyst with Experience in Healthcare Domain Testing,
As a QA Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 2 years of Information Technology experience
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• 2 years of experience in Healthcare Domain Testing across Medicare, Medicaid, commercial health plans. Well versed in Business Testing and Config Testing.
• Hands on experience in Health care specific products - QNXT, EDFIECS, EDI 834, 837, 835, Encounters, Networx Pricer and in Benefits, Eligibility, Policy, Premium Billings, configuration management, Member, Provider, Claims, UM payer domains.
• Experience testing for requirements specific to Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, Individual/Family, On/Off exchange plans
• Should possess hands on skills in designing and executing complex SQL queries
• Perform test planning activities such as writing test plan, test cases, test reports, status reports, and project related activities.
• Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong skills using a tsest management system. JIRA/Xray preferred.
• Experience in EDM (Encounter Data Manager), 3M Pricer/Optum Pricer, Healthcare Gateway
• QA software testing experience with good understanding of the SDLC
• Understanding of web and ability to effectively perform functional testing, parallel testing, configuration testing.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Visio
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to multitask among various activities and responsibilities
• Ability to keep calm and focused when testing activities may be hectic and under tight deadlines with limited resources
• Ability to work together and collaborate with the project team
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to complete all the assigned tasks
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams.
• Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Good to Have
• Experience in test automation, good knowledge on any one test automation tool.
• Experience in implementing test driven (TDD) and behavior driven development (BDD).
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
