Your Responsibilities:
As a member of our team, you will:
- Take on the role of a project manager for one or more projects.
- Contribute actively to the team's R&D activities on a daily basis.
- Ensure development work aligns with predefined requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct peer reviews of team members' work to maintain high product quality.
- Manage project execution, risks, and monitor completion of project milestones.
- Collaborate with local and external suppliers.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, budgets, and project estimates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction.

Your Background:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Degree and strong background in automation, robotics, and mechatronics.
- Experience implementing or building automation solutions.
- Good knowledge of market-available technologies.
- Familiarity with sensors, vision systems, robots, etc.
- Willingness to travel abroad.
- Genuine interest in computers, programming, and innovative technology.
- Several years of experience in a similar role (Junior, Regular, or Senior).
- Fluent in English.
- Project management experience.
Nice to Have:
It would be advantageous to have:
- Programming knowledge (C#, SQL, Python, etc.).
- Experience with Stage Gate Project Management.
- Expertise in 3D printing.
- 3D designing skills.
