What will you be doing?
The Process Owner will coordinate with our IT department to develop and implement quality business solutions to drive efficiency in the designated financial process. Additionally, the position will assist with the analysis and implementation of process improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Serves as Point of Contact for Finance on the designated process area
- Document business processes, policies and procedures related to the designated process area
- Advise application design alternatives and business process change opportunities.
- Coordinates and conducts training related to the designated area
- Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvements.
- Partner closely with business users to discover information needs: data, reports, and analyses
- Serve as knowledge owner for Finance
- Coordinate and manage implementation and testing of programs and new systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and drive to resolution. Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex problems.
- Lead simple to moderate complex sessions to analyze, diagnose, and resolve unpredictable and varied problems using a variety of methods, tools, and resources.
- Governance and maintenance of defined processes for designated area
- Work with technical counterparts to provide functional details of ask to deliver a technical solution.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
- Locations Include: Missouri, Texas, Kansas and potentially others
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5 years of total relevant business experience preferred
- Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion experience are preferred.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software suite
- Exposure to information technology industry is preferred

- Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills
- Personal time management skills and organization
