• Review customer specifications and new contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.
• Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers.
• Resolve issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.
• Represent the group in customer meetings, reflecting Hitachi Energy's commitment to excellence.
• Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies.
• Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.
• Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of contract management and customer relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
