The GIS Field Service Engineer/Site Manager is HITACHI's leader on the construction site and is responsible for the installation, modification, overhaul, troubleshooting, test, inspection, and repair of Gas Insulated Switchgear and other High Voltage equipment (69kV through 800kV). This role involves complex equipment commissioning and testing, representing HITACHI to contractors, customers, suppliers, and the local community. The professional also plans, executes, and leads technical field assignments, making decisions and giving direction, while exercising discretion and good judgment
