How you'll make an impact
- You will monitor and maintain the drainage pipeline system and sewage treatment facilities, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with environmental regulations. Regularly schedule inspections and repairs to prevent leaks, blockages, and other issues. Manage the company's water, electricity, and network systems.
- You will coordinate with utility providers for service upgrades, outages, and billing matters. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems related to these utilities promptly. Oversee and coordinate with external municipal construction projects that may impact the company's facilities. Ensure that construction activities are carried out in a manner that minimizes disruption to daily operations and complies with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with the Linhu Community Management Committee. Collaborate on community - related matters, such as local regulations, environmental initiatives, and community events that involve the company. Liaise with the local police station to ensure the safety and security of the company's premises and employees.
- You will coordinate on security - related issues, emergency response planning, and crime prevention measures. Handle all aspects of factory building leasing, including negotiation of lease agreements, communication with landlords or tenants, and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
- You will manage the company's fixed assets related to facilities, including inventory management, asset tracking, and disposal of obsolete or damaged assets in accordance with company policies. Oversee the overall management of the entire industrial park, including but not limited to greenery maintenance, security services, canteen operations, shuttle bus scheduling, and cleaning services. Ensure that all these services meet the company's quality and service standards.
- You will manage the procurement, distribution, and inventory of office supplies and furniture. Plan and execute office and workshop renovation and decoration projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the company. Oversee the management of labor - protection supplies and office supplies, including inventory control, reordering, and distribution to employees. Develop and implement procedures for the proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste materials in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- You will manage the company's fiber - optic network and surveillance systems. Coordinate with IT teams for network upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Ensure that the surveillance systems are operational at all times and provide adequate coverage for security purposes.
- You will plan, organize, and execute various company events, including annual meetings, company trips, and external team - building activities. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that events are well - planned, executed smoothly, and meet the expectations of employees.

Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications years of experience in facility management, preferably in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations related to facilities management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and regulatory authorities.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using facility management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
