The Role

In Systems Management at Kyndryl, you will be critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our customers' IT infrastructure. You'll be the mastermind behind maintaining and optimizing their systems, ensuring they're always running at peak performance.

Intesa (a company of the Kyndryl group), as part of its growth path and positioning as an accelerator of digital transformation projects, is looking for an Applications Management Specialist to be placed within the Delivery area. Further information on the methodologies and technologies used will be provided during the interview.

Your Future at Kyndryl
Kyndryl's focus on providing innovative IT solutions to its customers means that in Systems Management, you will be working with the latest technology and will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills. You may also have the opportunity to work on large-scale projects and collaborate with other IT professionals from around the world.

The main activities will be:

  • Monitor platforms by means of probes, dedicated applications and direct enquiries on databases;
  • Perform micro-setup / configuration change operations on specific areas;
  • Manage the process of issuing digital signature certificates through the Certificate Management interface and their subsequent setup on the specific environment;
  • Managing corrective maintenance, involving the competent company departments where necessary;
  • Carrying out analysis/addressing requests for customer-side analysis for contract extensions or service enhancements;
  • Providing consultancy and internal support on regulatory issues or on released projects;
  • Managing customer criticalities by intervening directly and/or involving the competent company departments (Incident and Problem Management).

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Diploma or degree in IT or similar disciplines;
  • Knowledge of the main programming logic and preferably minimum experience as a programmer;
  • Knowledge of Oracle DB and SQL and PL/SQL languages;
  • Knowledge of the Office package, HTML, XML;
  • Knowledge of Atlassian suites (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) and GSUITE;
  • Problem solving, accountability and excellent organisational skills;
  • Experience in application support and willingness to interact with customers;
  • Strong team working skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good knowledge of English.
