Area Sales Manager

Your responsibilities:

You will lead the assigned sales team to achieve the overall budgeted business targets. and lead the sales team to align the whole marketing & sales operation policy and procedure.
You will facilitate and manage the collaboration between various stakeholders, e.g. sales team & LBU/JV factories, etc.
You will ensure the living Group's core values of safety and integrity of the sales team.
You will be responsible in Team management and people development.

Bachelor / master's degree in engineering related major, especially in power, automation or electric, MBA related as plus.
More than 8 years sales experience.
3+ years sales team management experience.
Strong leadership, frustration threshold & business results driven.
Team management and people development experience.
Adapt to frequent travel.
Good English & MS Office skills.
