JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for developing, managing and leading full funnel digital paid media advertising strategies that support B2B revenue growth in the consumables, equipment and services spaces. This role will work closely with cross functional teams, including marketers, graphic designers and copywriters to drive engagement and conversions throughout the full marketing funnel. This individual will have strong experience in working in ad buying platforms, including Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and others, with a focus on lead generation, new customer acquisition, ecommerce transactions, and registrations for lead magnets (webinars, ebooks, etc.).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, own, and drive paid media plans that provide a cohesive omnichannel experience for the full digital marketing funnel, with a focus on static and video ads on a social media platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and others

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Minimum of 5+ years' of digital media buying experience
- Proven Growth mindset; Product led, data driven, and highly creative
- Results oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performance
- Experience with writing text ad copy, testing and monitoring assets
- Pixel and event installation in social platforms and landing pages
- Agency experience a plus
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple business partners
- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences
- Ability to accept and incorporate feedback on work in a positive and open-minded manner
- Intellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $71,993-$125,987 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
•This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
