  • Developing and implementing data-driven digital strategies focused on demand creation and thought leadership, aligned with interpersonal objectives and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborating closely with the multi-functional demand generation teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Leveraging your expertise in the buyer's journey and demand creation strategies to activate target audiences and segments while driving engagement across social media platforms.
  • Using social media advertising platforms to execute targeted campaigns and optimize performance based on testing results and key metrics such as cost per lead and conversion rates.
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, drawing insights, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign efficiency and return on investment. Sharing data insights consistently with non-social media marketing teammates and garnering support for recommended actions.
  • Collaborating with content teams to develop compelling social media content that resonates with digital citizens and supports demand generation objectives.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to advocate for standard processes, ensure alignment and deliver consistent messaging and execution across all marketing channels.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, new technologies, and standard methodologies in e-marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Skills and Abilities Required:

This positionrequires a strategic problem solver with inbound marketing knowledge and strongplanning, analytical, execution, and communication skills. Knowledge of themarket, specific demonstrated ability, and the passion to communicate ourvision to the market while supporting our global demand creation team arecrucial.

  • Expertise crafting data-driven social media strategies across the buyer's journey from thought leadership to demand generation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) and experience implementing targeted campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work efficiently with global cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of demand generation strategies and the buyer's journey in a B2B context, with the ability to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives.
  • Passion for technology and industry trends, with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry landscape and customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and using analytics dashboards to optimize and influence social media strategies; working with data analytics team to build or modify dashboards to meet the reporting needs.
  • Validated experience running inbound marketing tests, MVPs, or activities.

Education and Experience Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of driving demand generation and lead generation for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience with task management tools such as Jira or Wrike
  • Familiarity with intent-data platforms such as DemandBase or Bombora, and customer experience platforms like Sprinklr.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

  • Normal office environment or working remotely.
  • Percentage of travel: < 5%

This position willbe subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Trafficin Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status oracquiring any vital export license.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range forthis position is $99,000 to $178,200 and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
