Senior Financial Analyst, Go-To-Market, Finance

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or 5 years with a relevant advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or MBA.
  • Experience creating and completing complex projects in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and often ambiguous environment, including a collaborative and team-oriented working style.

  • Experience in the business technology market dealing with annual planning like quota setting and territory management.

  • Experience managing communications within the core and extended project teams, as well as functional and regional leaders.

  • Ability to influence with data, communicate verbally and in written or presentation format, including spreadsheet modeling, financial and decision analysis, and working with large datasets skills.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

    Responsibilities

    • Partner closely with Go-To-Market and StratOps teams to develop business plans and insights, process and productivity improvement, strategies and resource allocations (to maximize business results).
    • Influence executive-level decision making through deep analytical insights and presentations.
    • Support the business compensation program, from system settings, setting goals, to tracking to full end-to-end management. Work closely with other business and finance teams.
    • Build global business compensation models, translating targets into goals.
    • Provide overall finance support to the broader ChromeOS Commercial finance team. Finance support to other ad hoc projects.
